Most heating calls come the first cold week of the year, when a furnace that sat all summer won’t light or a heat pump blows cool air. We keep igniters, flame sensors, capacitors and other common parts on the truck for exactly that week.
On every gas furnace visit we check the heat exchanger and test for carbon monoxide around the unit. If we find something unsafe, we’ll show you and explain it before anything else.
Same as with AC: the price is on paper before we start, and the diagnostic fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
